Antique Goods

Some of you may already know that I was at Mösi's Flea and Antique-market, shopping for Mad Tea Parties. Yay!
My heart is still filled with adrenalin for I found so many great items. Furniture, sheet music, a pupped sledge (yes! again!), a statue of mary (it also had a Jesus but I wasn't sure about it...), frames, shells, glass jars, chests......
This means that a lot of work is waiting but if it wouldn't be nine p.m. already, I'd probably be downstairs sanding one of the tables.
It was an absolutely wonderful day and I feel so blessed and happy.

So here are my goods (please be patient with the pictures. The light in our garage is awful but I couldn't wait to share this with you!)

Vintage Treasures and two Boxes

To get back into blogging I'd first like to share something fun...my latest and some of the greatest vintage treasures I've found so far.
As always I've found them at Mösi's and I got them for quite a while now, but never showed them off.
So here they are:

And since my beloved father in law also was a collector of vintage treasures, I got this breathtaking old wooden frame of him. 

There is another thing I want to show off with and I hope you'll like it ;)
Last year I stumbled over two old boxes for sewing notions (I'm not quite sure if this is the right word for it...?), dated between late 1800 and early 1900. They where in good shape and I couldn't resist.

A pot of ASCP graphite was waiting and calling my name, so I finally gave in and used it gutsy on the bigger one of the boxes. The smaller one I painted in old ochre.

The light one is already sold but the graphite box is available on my DaWanda Shop.

And yeah, it feels good to be back on track!! ;)

Look, look what I've got!

Hey there, I was an early bird this morning and started work at seven a.m. and made quite a few more of the felt hearts. Not only felt. There are also normal cotton fabric hearts and linen, of course, in three different types.
They are all pretty glittery and just give you that christmas and winter feeling.

In the afternoon I had to get some walnut stain for the signs I planned....wooha...I planned them last spring. Hope they'll make it to the christmas market!
On the way home I decided to visit Mösi's flea and antique market and just wanted to get a few things.
Well yeah...a few things...look what I found:

And I actually can NOT believe that I did this, because I wanted to wait way longer to do it, but I just could not pass those excellent beauties!

Sorry for the bad garage-floor-and-junk-in-the-background-pictures but I first will have to figure out a suitable place to work on them. Aren't these beauties?? At least two of them are original baroque, not sure about the third one. 

Sorry, I'm just going completely nuts over them!! :D 

Now my budget is SO depleted but it was worth it a hundred times!
